Dark circles are usually caused by broken capillaries or blood vessels under the eye. The Sephora Collection has this stuff called Instant Depuffing Gel. It’s for dark circles and under eye puffiness. It is a small tube that has three rollerballs on it and you massage the area while simultaneously squeezing out the gel under your eye. You only need a little. It’s the red vine extract ingredient that lightens the dark circles. It’s only $20 but Sephora gives samples too. Try it and see if you like it.
